Cherer Polao

Cherer Polao

Element

Chera 2 cup
Shrimp 1/2 cup
Egg two
Onion chopped 1/4 cup
1 table spoon of garlic curry
Oil 2 table spoon
2 tablespoons of ghee
1/4 spoon of turmeric powder
A potato (small spines by cubes)
Peas 1/4 cup
Carrots 1/4 cups
Kepsikam Kuchi 1/4
1 teaspoon of pepper powder
Chopped chili 1 table spoon
Dhanepata Kichi 2 table spoons
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 teaspoon

Process

Washed in cold water and drained water well. After the water is flushed, take a spoon or spade with hands.

Give oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, stirring constantly with the onion, garlic and chilli chillies. If fry a little fry, keep aside the dill and keep aside with shrimp. Once the shrimp is fried, then fry some time with potato.Then roast it for 3 minutes with peas, carrots, capsicum. Then give the lid. Mix well and cook for five minutes.

Mix 3 minutes with black pepper powder, coriander leaves and sugar.
Take out the ghee. Serve hot then also the chera polao.
