Chile Chicken

Element

What you need to marinate the chicken
Chicken Breast Cube 1 Cup
Ginger, garlic, chopped 2-3 tablespoons
Egg 1
3 tablespoons of cornflower
Round pepper powder 1/4 spoon
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of tomato sauce
Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Testing salts 1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon (as desired)
The color of the jersey is 1 pinch
For oil frying
Mix all the ingredients with a bowl of chicken
cubes. After 15 minutes, the medium hitting fries will be picked up on a plate.

What you keep for cooking

Onion cubes 1/2 cup Capsicum cubes 1/2 cup
3-4 slices of chilli chillies
1/4 teaspoon of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of Chile sauce
Soy sauce 1 spoon
Sugar 1/4 spoon
3 tablespoons of water
Garlic minced 1 table spoon
2 table spoons of oil

Process

Oil with a pan, roasted garlic minced red. Once roasted garlic, add onion and capsicum, all the sauce, chili, sugar, 3 tablespoons of water and take a little bit of water and fry for 1 minute and take it down. If you want to grease a little more than 1/4 cup water, add 1 teaspoon of cornflower.

Serve chili chicken with polo or fried rice.
